Our working culture is built around a simple discipline: label the record, preserve the evidence, and leave the commercial decision with a responsible person. Coverage must be tested against your market, not summarized with a universal number.
Mission
Company discovery is useful only when entity identity, source context, date, exclusions, and unresolved fields can travel with the result. A missing field is not permission to invent one, and a record that looks complete is not proof that it is fit for a campaign.
Working vision
Revenue teams should be able to challenge a match, reverse an enrichment, and decide whether any outreach is appropriate. The goal is a more legible research process, not a louder claim about coverage, delivery, or automation.
A provider classification and a sourced fact are not silently treated as the same kind of evidence. Dates, provenance, and uncertainty remain visible in the review record.
Field changes should retain timestamps, source context, and a route to correct or remove a disputed value. This gives RevOps an audit trail instead of an unexplained overwrite.
Research, drafting, approval, and sending remain separate states so convenience does not become automatic messaging. Reviewers assess relevance, suppression, opt-out, and regional limits.
Review permissions, secret handling, logs, retention, and deletion before connecting an agent to operational systems. A safe test begins with the smallest cohort and the fewest credentials.
How the work gets checked
Choose known positives, exclusions, ambiguous identities, and stale events. Record the source used, observation date, accepted field, rejected alternative, and reviewer decision before expanding the workflow.
